What to expect
before you arrive
In order to be seen right away, please be sure to fill out your intake paperwork before you arrive. We will email you your forms after you make your appointment! Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to check in. We can’t wait to welcome you with open arms.
first visit
On your first visit, you will meet with the doctor to discuss your paperwork and health history. Next a physical examination including vitals, posture, ranges of motion, a neurological and a spinal exam will be performed to determine problem areas. If there are no red flags and we both feel comfortable, you will receive a gentle first adjustment on this day.
second visit
On your next visit, we will go over your exam findings and specific recommendations for care. We will walk you through what care looks like in our office and answer any questions you have moving forward.
